Cancellation Policy
We request at least 48 hours notice for schedule changes. We understand conflicts do come up and with adequate notification we can accommodate our other patients. There will be a charge for multiple missed or cancelled appointments. We value all our patients and keeping scheduled appointments reaffirms your commitment to partnering with us for your optimal oral health.

Insurance Information
We are happy to file all insurances (exception: military and worker's compensation) on your behalf. The goal of most insurance policies is to provide basic dental care for you and your family members. Because dental insurance is an agreement between you and the insurance company, please review its limitations. We are pleased to accept assignment of benefits whenever possible and to help you maximize your benefits. We will never allow limitations in your coverage to compromise the quality of care you receive and the level of service we provide. Please let us know any questions you may have about your insurance policy.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I just have a cleaning on my first appointment?Your first visit with us is designed with the goal of understanding all your dental needs. We offer a comprehensive exam, full mouth x-rays and oral cancer screening. The oral cancer screening offered to our patients at no extra charge.
How long will I be there for my first appointment?Your health is important to us. In order to better understand all of your needs and health goals, we take the time to listen to you. Your first visit will take approximately 1' -2 hrs.
How much will my first visit cost?As each patient is different with unique needs, fees are customized to each person. Please contact our office for more details regarding our fees.
What amount will my insurance pay?We go the extra mile for our patients and do everything possible to utilize your insurance benefits. If you would like to understand the amount your insurance will cover, please fax or email a copy of your insurance card (front and back) to us and we will be happy to check out your insurance benefits prior to your first appointment.
For those patients that do not have dental insurance, we offer a VIP membership program and numerous payment options. Please contact us for more details.
In what areas do Dr. Cheryl and Dr. Bryan Freeman have special interests?Both Dr. Cheryl and Dr. Bryan practice general and family dentistry, they also have special skills and talents that are listed below:
Dr. Cheryl's Special Interests: TMJ, cosmetics, composites, Invisalign, veneers, Cerec (same day) crowns, snore appliances, sleep apnea appliances for mild to moderate cases.
Dr. Bryan's Special Interests: Extractions, root canals, composites, crown/bridge, dentures/partials, implants, sedation.
Do you offer a payment plan?Yes, payment plans are available through Care Credit upon approval. Whatever your financial needs, we will do our best to find a comfortable solution for you.
