A little plaque!!

Photo of a woman smiling. So did you laugh? You know they say laughter is the best medicine. Turns out there is actually some science behind the benefits of smiling more:
1)Increased happiness ' endorphins are neurotransmitters that boost feelings of happiness and lower stress levels. When you smile and laugh, these transmitters are released, causing you to feel content and relaxed.
2)Less pain ' endorphins can also act as organic pain killers. Especially for sufferers of chronic pain, smiling an laughing really is the best form of natural medicine for pain management.
3)Less cortisol ' Endorphins aren't the only hormone affected by smiling ' that happy facial expression can also reduce your body's production of cortisol, the stress hormone, further lowering stress levels.

In addition to the physiologic benefits of smiling, it also can convey confidence, charisma, and positivity. It can contribute to better interpersonal relationships and overall quality of life. And of course if you are not happy with the way your smile looks, we are ready to help you with that ' just give us a call!!
